Nicola graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1997 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy and from UEL in 2011 with a Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
Nicola has been the lead-clinician at Performers Physiotherapy since 2003 and the onsite physiotherapist for Evolution Foundation College since it was founded. Nicola is passionate about the health and wellbeing of dancers and role as a Specialist Physiotherapist in Dance Medicine focuses on injury prevention as well as treating injuries, and running workshops for the students on safe dance practice. Nicola regularly lectures on dancer / musical theatre performer health and is heavily involved in various research projects looking at the health and wellbeing of musical theatre dancers.
Nicola is also a free-lance lecturer in undergraduate physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates.
